Try it and see why everyone is talking about the Breakfast Gumbo!
The breakfast gumbo, which Bill created around 2010, is actually a breakfast bowl that combines a little bit of all of the southern breakfast staples in one bowl. The first layer consists of our signature cheese grits, followed by a layer of scrambled eggs. The bowl is then topped with a mix of chopped applewood-smoked bacon, smoked Conecuh sausage rounds, diced Jimmy Dean sausage patty and chopped green onions. A splash of Lousiana pepper sauce gives it a little extra flavor.
In addition to our quick service, individual carry-out bowls, all our items are now available for catering large groups deliverable to your home, work place or other special event. Same day orders are also available by phone for in-store pickup.
